“Tee Off for Men’s Mental Health” Charity Golf Day

Tee Off for Men’s Mental Health – Charity Golf Day The WA Centre for Perinatal Mental Health & Parenting Support is hosting a Charity Golf Day at Gosnells Golf Club to mark Men’s Health Month — and you're invited! All proceeds will support programs for fathers and partners facing mental health challenges during the perinatal period. The event includes a powerful presentation, “Showing Up for Yourself”, by Corey Gaidzionis from Big Emotions Academy, exploring emotional honesty in parenting and leadership. Proudly supported by the City of Gosnells, this is a great way to enjoy an afternoon of golf while supporting a worthy cause. Got something broken at home that you can’t fix yourself? Save it from the landfill and bring it to the Canning Repair Lab! This free community event allows you to drop off your broken items and have them fixed by skilled volunteers. It's a great way to reduce waste, learn new skills, and connect with the community. Link Up, Line Up!

Big news for train travellers! For the first time EVER, you can now travel directly between the Mandurah and Armadale lines, all the way to Optus Stadium and beyond – thanks to the new METRONET Thornlie-Cockburn Line! To celebrate, Link Up, Line Up is a family-friendly event happening on Sunday, June 8th, from 8:30am to 1pm at Thornlie, Nicholson Road, and Ranford Road stations. Enjoy free food, live entertainment, community stalls, and explore the brand-new elevated stations along the inner Armadale Line – Carlisle, Oats Street, Queens Park, Cannington, and Beckenham. Local Bite Nights

Looking for a fun and relaxed night out? Come along to Local Bite Nights on Friday the 23rd of May, from 5:30 to 8:30pm at Ranford Oval in Canning Vale. Bring the family and enjoy a great evening with food trucks, kids’ activities, and live entertainment. Entry is free, there’s plenty of parking including ACROD bays, and dogs are welcome on a lead. Movie Day at the Library

Movie Day at the Library – Every 2nd Tuesday till June 17th!
